Strategic planning is considered an essential management tool that drives Lawrence Hall to maintain, grow, and explore areas of service provision as well our operations. Our strategic plan guides our management team and board of directors with measurable metrics and tactics intended to result in ongoing growth and improvement.
Additionally, this document and process is essential for Council on Accreditation (COA) compliance. Quarterly, the strategic planning committee of the board reviews progress and assesses obstacles. Our current strategic plan addresses four areas where we plan to develop and advance:
